SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will I receive my order?

Please allow between 7-15 days for your order to arrive. If more than 15 days have passed please email us at ethericrealmsinv@gmail.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary. For more detailed info, please see our Shipping Info section.

I received my tracking number for my order but the carrier is saying the shipment cannot be found.

If your package just recently shipped, please allow at least one business day for the carrier to update their site with all tracking information.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

We only offer shipping options at this time. We do not have a storefront for pick up orders.

I have a rush order. Can it be delivered Saturday?

Our delivery options are from Monday - Friday. Saturday delivery is not available.

The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What do I do?

Please provide us the order number and tracking number. We will file a claim with the carrier. The investigation process takes approximately eight business days. After that investigation, we will be able to provide information on how to proceed.

 

ORDER RELATED ISSUES

I have not received any emails confirming my order. What should I do?

Within 1-2 hours of completing the payment portion of your order you should receive an email confirmation.  If you do not, it is likely we were given an incorrect email address.  This is the most common reason.  If so, no problem. You can simply contact us by CLICKING HERE and we'll be happy to fix the problem.  Also, please check your spam box to make sure our confirmations were not automatically filtered from your inbox.

Is the checkout page secured?

Yes, our checkout page is secured.  All payments are processed through Paypal®, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Stripe®, which serves as our acquirers for every transaction.

 

How can I receive a discount code for my order?

Our discounts are applied during promotions. Please follow us on our social media pages or sign up for our Newsletter for announcements on upcoming promotions.​
