Thanks for shopping at BlissfullyMindful.Life. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
For returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn or unused and all hangtags must be attached to the product. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the original order number. We will reply back with an Return Authorization Number for tracking purposes. Once we receive the item we will refund your original order less shipping costs of the original order.

For exchanges, please purchase your new item on our website, and we will refund the cost of your original item once we've received it.
If you were sent the wrong item, we will cover the cost of shipping to have it sent back to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

Classes & Camps
Cancellations made 30 calendar days prior to the start date of a class or camp will be fully refunded. Cancellations made 15 calendar days prior to the start date of a class or camp will be 50% refunded. Cancellations made 10 calendar days prior to the start date of a class or camp will be 25% refunded. We cannot refund any tuition 7 days prior to the camp or class or after the class or camp has begun. If a medical emergency occurs during a camp that prevents the student from continuing, we ask for a physician’s note and can refund the remainder of the tuition for the remaining classes.
All classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrollment. Any registrations received after maximum enrollment has been reached will be refunded; if a class is canceled for insufficient enrollment, any registrations for it will be refunded. No refunds are available for missed sessions.
In circumstances where a payment is returned:
Refunds are issued in the form in which the original payment was made with the exception of cash which will be refunded in cheque form. We will process any refund within 28 days of notifying you that we are issuing you the refund.
CANCELLATIONS & VENUE CHANGES
We reserve the right to cancel any service at any time up to and including the date the activity starts. Should this occur we will endeavor to give you at least seven day's notice and will attempt to offer you a viable alternative or will offer you a refund of any fee paid.
Occasionally it is necessary to temporarily change the venue of our activities. Where this occurs we will endeavor to ensure that the alternative venue is no more than five miles from the usual location. If the distance is greater than five miles and, as a result, your child is unable to attend, subject to application in writing by you, we will credit Your Account with the amount you paid for the Missed Session.
If a class or camp is postponed for example due to snow instructor sickness BlissfullyMindful.Life will work with the school to arrange an alternative date normally the missed session will be added at the end. We do not offer refunds, but we will always offer alternative dates to the school.
We do not accept responsibility for any loss of, or damage to, personal property belonging to you or your child irrespective of whether such possessions might be used by you or the child for the purposes of any BlissfullyMindful.Life activity save to the extent that such loss or damage shall be caused by the negligence or default of any member of our staff or any other default on our part.
In the event that we consider:
a) you are in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions or any regulations issued from time to time by us;
b) the behavior of your child is disruptive or likely to put other children or BlissfullyMindful.Life staff in danger; or
c) your behavior towards us, other customers, children in their care or our suppliers, agents, managers, subcontractors or employees is disruptive, inappropriate, consistently negligent (including late collection of your child) or likely to bring us or any of our products or services into disrepute, we reserve the right to exclude your child from any BlissfullyMindful.Life activity or part thereof.
In the event that your child is excluded, no fees or deposits will be repaid to you and we reserve the right to seek payment of the balance of any fees due to us.
Please allow between 14-35 days for your order to arrive. If more than 35 days have passed please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
Purchases made after 2 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.
Please note you are responsible for paying any shipping or postal fees you incur when shipping returns and exchanges back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How To Return Your Item
Customer may return the package to the designated shipping address, and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if the customer service staff have authorized the return. You can contact us if you have any questions at email@example.com in regards to returning an item. Please return your items to us through a postal service. Choose a prepaid, insured, traceable delivery service and mail your package to our below address. For ex. USPS. and Canada Post. We do not accept courier packages or packages sent with COD charges.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

Do we use "cookies"?
We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.

You do this through your browser (like Safari or Internet Explorer) settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you turn cookies off, you won't have access to many features that make your site experience more efficient and some of our services will not function properly. However, you can still place orders over the telephone by contacting customer service.
Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term "outside parties" does not include BlissfullyMindful.Life. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
