Ingredients are being added to certain brands of plant based milk that make what was once believed a safe milk alternative unsafe. Among them are sugar, calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, potassium citrate, magnesium phosphate, tricalcium phosphate, disodium phosphate and carrageenan.
