Cover FX Beauty was originally founded over 16 years ago to formulate makeup for patients with skin conditions. Cover FX then went on to become a pioneer of clean beauty. At least they began creating beauty products using what was then considered ‘clean’ ingredients.
With a selection of 40 unique shades you can be assured that there is bound to be something for everyone in the Cover FX cosmetic line. Also, thanks to the brand’s safe formulations and minimalist palette many of its products are multipurpose. For instance, the Custom Enhancer Drop can be used to transform foundation, moisturizer, sunscreen, and lipstick or lip gloss.
Cover FX products are vegan, cruelty-free, formulated without parabens, alkyl sulfates, phthalates, fragrance, gluten, mineral oil and talc.
The foundations are natural looking and the variance of shades makes it easier than ever to color match. In terms of texture, consistency and tone Cover FX foundation may just become one of your favorites. Also, Cover FX considers performance to be key so a little goes a long way. Therefore, you really get bang for your buck.
Now though Cover FX is considered a clean beauty line, the ingredients are somewhat questionable compared to other clean beauty lines on the market. It doesn’t really come with a short ingredients list. Instead, the list is long and full of unpronounceables.
Nonetheless, Cover FX continues to get rave reviews from those who are fans of it’s performance, the ‘natural’ look it affords and how light it wears compared to many conventional brands. If you want a make up that offers you performance minus the toxins then Cover FX is worth a try.
Have you tried Cover FX? Do you consider Cover FX to be a pioneer of clean beauty? How do you like it?
