Our review of Gabriel Cosmetics.

Gabriel is an O.G. vegan beauty brand that was founded in 1992 by an eco-conscious, ambitious 18-year-old, Gabriel De Santino. Still dedicated to the present day to ensuring that all of your beauty needs are met with non-toxic ingredients, Gabriel Cosmetics has a product for all of your beauty needs from purifying cleanser to lipstick.
ZuZu Luxe
ZuZu Luxe is a sub-component of Gabriel Cosmetics. Comprised of a complete line of makeup, ZuZu Luxe is vegan, gluten-free, cruelty free and natural. Created in 2001, ZuZu Luxe was the line that made Gabriel a prominent advocate for vegan beauty. Targeting the more youthful consumer, ZuZu Luxe features an outstanding selection of mascara, foundation, blush, eye shadow and lipstick with bright, bold colors.
Mascara
Now compared to some other natural brands ZuZu Luxe mascara goes on rather light and does not flake or smudge. One con is that contrary to it’s claims ZuZu Luxe mascara is not water resistant.
Eyeliner
ZuZu Luxe eyeliner goes on smoothly. It also wipes off well. Though one con about the liquid eyeliner is the migration into the eye. Perhaps because it takes a bit of time to dry it has a tendency to migrate into the eye. However, once it dries it’s perfect.
Foundation
Now I’m not a foundation wearer so I can only report on what those who are have to say. This product gets mixed reviews. Those who like it say that it feels light and gives them great coverage. Those who don’t like it say the foundation is thin and runny and the color options are less than ideal.
Clean Kids Naturally
Clean Kids Naturally, is an EWG VERIFIED™ hair and skincare line for children that was launched in 1996. With impeccably clean ingredients Clean Kids Naturally products are great for children of all ages. Formulas are gentle, yet effective. The scents are noticeable, but pleasant.

What’s most impressive is their impeccably clean, simple ingredients. Gabriel Cosmetics’ transparency is equally impressive. All of their products are free of parabens and coal tar derivatives.
