More and more restaurants are putting forth an extra effort to offer vegans an inclusive dining experience. Long and forgotten are the days when vegans and omnivores were forced to dine separately. One of my long-time favorite restaurants is The Cheesecake Factory. I recently stopped by to check out what vegan options were on the menu. I'm happy to report that I was pleasantly surprised. In fact, there were so many vegan friendly options that it was difficult to choose.
