Brazillian foodtech company, Fazenda Futuro, launches Futuro Linguiça (Future Sausage) at retailers and restaurants across Brazil and Europe. The sausage of the future is made with algae skin to mimic the crispiness, taste, appearance and flavor of a pork sausage. Meanwhile, the Future Sausage is actually made from ingredients like peas, soybeans, chickpeas and beets. It can be used in pizza toppings, hot dogs and pasta.
