today was one of those days when life on lockdown just got the best of me. so i headed to the park for a refreshing stroll and breath of fresh air. the weather was nice, the blooming flowers were aesthetically stunning and the air was revitalizing.

its funny how each day delivers its own unique vibe. there are days when its particularly difficult to to keep a low from consuming you. the best you can do is go with the flow of it. know that its a sign…

its a sign that you need some fresh air. believe it or not something as simple as getting some fresh air can be just what the doctor ordered. particularly, when the grouchies are knocking on your door, fresh air may just be the only cure.

fresh air can also help when the feeling of being locked down gets to you. being in the house for too many days in a row can easily give you a feeling of paralysis and powerlessness. so when it does, liberate yourself. inhale the breath of life and be free.

that’s what i did today. i liberated myself through the breath of life. a casual stroll on a sunny day cures all.
