I’ve recently realized that what you think about the most matters the least. The thing is, most likely the things that pop in and out of your mind all throughout the day everyday are nothing more than unresolved perceptions. More than that it’s most likely that they are not nearly worth the level of importance that you have unwittingly given them.
I came to realize this after making a log of my rehearsed thoughts. The majority of the thoughts consisted of matters from the past that should have long been discarded from my mind. Yet, like the creature of habit that I am, as human, rather than discard them I added them to my collection of rehearsed past emotional dramas.
I know that we all do this. It’s the thing that makes us human. However, as you evolve it’s also the one thing that you must leave behind if you actually intend to evolve. The past is over and done with. We live in a multi-dimensional universe. So nothing identical to it will ever occur again. Therefore, it’s best left where it is, behind you.
That includes people, experiences, and thoughts. If you are to ascend the load has to be lightened. Thus, if all you have in tow is this very moment than you are as light as a feather and all set for take off.
So if you find yourself pondering a matter more frequently than enough know that it is best discarded. Allow it to pass on like the clouds so that you can finally float like the clouds, light, effortless, heavenly and divine giving only a thought to what serves you in this present moment.
What do you think about the most? Do you find that it is bogging you down to a state of being that you don’t want to be in?
