Me And My Mhair – A Natural Hair Care Story
I’ve been with my (m)hair on the natural hair journey for over 15 years now and 8 of those we spent in locs. Now I’m enjoying a new kinda relationship with my hair because this is the first time that its been just us spending quality time, courting, sharing, making googly faces at one another, getting touchy, feely and whatnot, taking showers together, going on trips, and just really enjoying the genuine feeling of love for one another! Yes, I said it… the “L” word! I LOVE my natural (m)hair!

That Kundalini Chile Rises To The Challenge…..
got a little cold over the weekend that had me by the throat, but that kundalini child in me rose stronger than ever for the challenge! seems i indulged in one too many chocolates on halloween and my body decided that it was going to teach me a lesson. well, did it ever!! i was sooooo out of it and the thing is i KNOW better. even still, how often is it the case that we know something doesn’t work for us yet we keep hitting the repeat button and re-playing the scenario over and over again.
